Center for Adoption Support and Education
- The Center for Adoption Support and Education (CASE) turned to IMI experts to facilitate open dialogue the historical journey of African Americans and create cross cultural understanding. IMI designed and executed a series of small group and full staff activities that created a safe space for increasing self-awareness, sharing perspectives, and valuing difference to create an environment that fosters teamwork, improves feelings of inclusion, and makes progress on its DEI goals.
- Keynote Speaker: Strategic Planning Conference
Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center
- Designed confidential surveys and collected data to capture leadership team challenges toward achieving ubuntu and individual recommendations. With this information, IMI designed an interactive presentation that identified strategic objectives, offering practical tools for creating a road to team unity. IMI provided expert facilitator and strategist with more than 30 years of expertise, education and experience working with non-profits and government agencies in child welfare, social and human services field.
- HeART of Community Annual Gala
National Center for Children and Families (NCCF)
- IMI serves as the executive producer for NCCF’s annual fundraising gala drawing over 300 guests, setting the stage to celebrate the transformative power of the arts. The IMI event team works closely with NCCF executives to develop the event concept and content focused on delivering impactful stories and empowering messaging to NCCF supporters. Our top-to-bottom production includes site selection, entertainment and speaker management, audio visual coordination, and much more.
- Coalition Celebration
Black Physicians and Healthcare Network (BPHN)
- Managed all logistics of the of event from planning and execution for 300 BPHN Coalition partners and providers. To deliver this event, the IMI team designed the run of show by booking keynote speakers and entertainment and securing venue and caterer. Onsite, the IMI team provided production management for the program to ensure event attendees were left with a memorable and inspiring experience.
