Janelle Jeffers is a dynamic Training and Events Consultant for the Institute for Mastery Consulting, specializing in project management and event production. She oversees the full scope of corporate and nonprofit events, managing strategic planning, budget development, vendor relations, and production to ensure seamless execution. With a portfolio of more than 40 annual trainings and events, Janelle is dedicated to aligning every detail with client objectives to create exceptional experiences.

With a background in luxury retail marketing and sales, Janelle has successfully executed multi-million-dollar campaigns, leading public engagement initiatives that elevated brand awareness and consumer outreach. Her expertise extends to high-profile event production, having served as a Client Relations Manager responsible for groundbreaking events such as The Hip Hop Presidential Inaugural Ball, Baltimore’s AFRAM, and Jazzy Summer Nights.

Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Public Relations from Towson University.
